These poems reflect the grace I’ve found by being with Nature on my journey from self-loathing to self-acceptance. They reflect discoveries in my practice of opening my heart to the world around me, and finding the love hidden between the lines. 

I hope that these words remind you of the wisdom within yourself. And I hope they remind you that you are surrounded by family, whenever you heart leads you 💙
